Mobimo increases its profit in the first half of 2024

Mobimo Holding AG recorded a clear increase in its profit in the first half of 2024, marked by an increase in rental income and property sales. Rental results increased by 2.0% on a like-for-like basis, reaching CHF 62.5 million. Successful developments and property sales increased by 43.3%, reaching CHF 12.9 million.

Operating profit (EBIT), including revaluations, amounted to CHF 83.3 million, compared to CHF 50.8 million the previous year. Excluding revaluations, it is CHF 61.3 million. The net profit amounts to CHF 65.6 million, thanks to the sale of the stake in Parking Saint-François SA.

Mobimo has set significant milestones in development projects and launched the construction of 126 rental apartments in Aarau. The net revaluation of the real estate portfolio reached CHF 22 million, and the transaction market showed signs of improvement with renewed activity.
