Modification of the E-PANGO liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont
On December 16, 2024, E-PANGO, an energy supplier for businesses and communities, announced that it had amended its liquidity contract with the brokerage firm Gilbert Dupont. This amendment follows regulatory developments related to liquidity contracts, in particular AMF decision no. 2018-01. On December 16, E-PANGO withdrew 27,000 of its shares as well as €1,200 from the liquidity account.
At the latest balance sheet as of June 30, 2024, the liquidity account included 66,381 E-PANGO shares and a cash balance of €8,874.93. These adjustments are in line with the new regulations aimed at regulating liquidity operations on the stock market.
