Modification of the liquidity contract between Crypto Blockchain Industries and TSAF

Paris, France – June 17, 2024 - Crypto Blockchain Industries, SA (“CBI”) announced on June 14, 2024 an additional contribution of €100,000 in cash as part of the liquidity contract relating to its shares. This contract is entrusted to the company TSAF - Tradition Securities And Futures.

As a reminder, the liquidity account set up on October 29, 2021 initially included 50,000 CBI shares and €50,000 in cash. Since then, various contributions and withdrawals have taken place, including a notable withdrawal of €1,400,000 on November 22, 2021.

As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account showed 451,478 CBI shares and €40,067.20 in cash. The company warns of the uncertainties surrounding the completion of its projects and their budgets, likely to significantly affect the value of assets and liabilities.
