Molten Ventures plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW) announced a share repurchase on 26 July 2024. Numis Securities Limited, trading as "Deutsche Numis," purchased ordinary shares on behalf of the company.
The repurchase involved 25,776 ordinary shares at prices ranging between 365.00p and 367.00p. The volume weighted average price was 365.0453p per share. Following this transaction, Molten Ventures' issued share capital now includes 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 25,776 shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the company stands at 189,020,674.
