Molten Ventures Plc Announces Total Voting Rights Update

Molten Ventures Plc has released its latest figures on total voting rights, effective as of 30 September 2024. The Company confirms that there are 189,046,450 ordinary shares in issue, each valued at £0.01. Out of these, 2,574,540 shares are held in treasury.

This leaves the total voting rights attached to ordinary shares at 186,471,910. Shareholders are advised to use this number as the denominator for calculating if they must notify changes in their interest under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, and Regulation 20 of the Transparency Regulations.
