Molten Ventures Plc: Share Repurchase Update

Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW) has announced a new transaction in its own shares. On 6 September 2024, Numis Securities Limited, trading as Deutsche Numis, purchased 43,942 ordinary shares on behalf of the company.

The highest price paid per ordinary share was 405.50 pence, while the lowest was 394.50 pence. The volume-weighted average price stood at 399.6923 pence per share. The company's issued share capital now consists of 189,046,450 ordinary shares with 2,069,985 shares in treasury, amounting to 186,976,465 voting rights.

This share repurchase program, announced on 26 July 2024, follows regulations including the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
