Montano Real Estate: Co-shareholder TTL Exits the Company as of September 10, 2024
Montano Real Estate GmbH, a specialized partner for investments in commercial real estate, announced a significant change in its shareholder structure. On September 10, 2024, TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG ("TTL") will exit as a co-shareholder, transferring its 50 percent stake back to Montano's founders, Ramin Rabeian and Sebastian Schöberl. This move returns Montano to the full ownership of its original founders.
After three and a half years of successful collaboration, Montano credits TTL with broadening its positioning and accelerating growth. TTL's expertise in financing helped Montano conclude deals despite a challenging market environment. Established in December 2020 with a 30 percent stake, TTL increased its holding to 50 percent in May 2021.
With the reacquisition of shares, Montano believes it gains new flexibility and freedom, strengthening the company's financial foundation and operational capabilities. The two founders expressed gratitude for TTL's contribution and are optimistic about the future.
