Monthly declaration of the number of shares and voting rights of Schneider Electric

Rueil-Malmaison, February 28, 2024 - Schneider Electric has published its monthly declaration concerning its total capital and voting rights, in accordance with article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. As of January 31, 2024, the total number of shares was 572,835,884. Regarding voting rights, the theoretical number was 599,986,158, while the exercisable rights were 585,467,506. This calculation takes into account all shares to which voting rights are attached, including those whose rights have been suspended, for the theoretical, and excludes, for exercisable ones, those whose rights have been suspended.
