Monthly information on the voting rights and shares of CBo Territoria

CBo Territoria, a public limited company with capital of 48,242,560.08 euros, has published an update concerning the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. This publication responds to article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of July 31, 2024, the total number of shares making up the capital of CBo Territoria amounts to 36,547,394. The theoretical total of voting rights is also 36,547,394. However, the actual total, after deduction of private shares of voting rights, is 35,597,895.
