Monthly information relating to voting rights at Hydrogen-Refueling-Solutions

On June 4, 2024, Hydrogen-Refueling-Solutions (HRS), a company listed on Euronext Growth, published its monthly report regarding voting rights, in accordance with articles 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations and L.223- 8 II of the Commercial Code.

As of May 31, 2024, the capital of HRS consists of 15,286,051 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 25,450,669, while the exercisable voting rights are 25,416,860. The difference is due to shares deprived of voting rights.

HRS, a pioneer in hydrogen mobility in Europe since 2004, produced a turnover of €30.1 million for the 2022/2023 financial year. They have 142 employees as of December 31, 2023. The company has a production capacity of 180 units per year on its Champagnier site.
