Monthly publication of Icade's capital and voting rights

Paris, August 1, 2024, Icade communicated the total number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital. This publication complies with articles 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations and L.233-8-II of the Commercial Code.

As of July 31, 2024, the company's share capital consists of 76,234,545 shares. The actual number of voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 75,755,605. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, reaches 76,234,545.

In accordance with article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations, theoretical voting rights correspond to the total voting rights attached to all shares, including those deprived of voting rights.
