Monthly publication of voting rights by Broadpeak

On November 12, 2024, Broadpeak, a specialist in video streaming software solutions, published monthly information in accordance with Article 223-16 of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers regulation. This publication concerns the total number of voting rights and shares constituting the share capital.

On 1 October 2024, Broadpeak's capital consisted of 12,541,686 shares. The theoretical total, including double voting rights, was 21,472,681 rights. However, the actual total, i.e. the voting rights exercisable at general meetings, was 21,408,532, after subtracting 64,149 treasury rights.

This distinction between theoretical and real rights is crucial for understanding the shareholder structure and its implications during votes at general meetings.
