Monthly Update on Icade's Voting Rights and Shares

On June 6th, 2025, Icade released its monthly update concerning the total number of voting rights and shares. As of May 31, 2025, the total number of issued shares stood at 76,234,545. The number of real voting rights, which excludes treasury shares, was reported at 75,824,579. The theoretical number of voting rights, which includes treasury shares, matched the total issued shares at 76,234,545. This disclosure complies with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Market Authority and Article L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code.
