The Frankfurt District Court made the appointment following the company's proposal. Prof. Hegemann succeeds Dr. Karsten Behlke, who will now focus on the operational business within More Impact AG.

Prof. Hegemann's extensive experience in medicine is expected to support the company's ongoing growth. A distinguished medical professional, he founded the "Balance Clinic" and has held notable positions such as head physician at the University Hospital Zurich. His academic background spans universities in Essen, Munich, Hamilton, and Cape Town. He's associated with several prestigious societies in the field of ENT and Neurology.
