Morgan Stanley has recently updated its holdings in Britvic plc, a move involving changes in voting rights. The notification, dated December 4, 2024, follows the crossing of a threshold on December 2, 2024. The American-based multinational acquired or disposed of voting rights in the UK issuer.

According to the latest figures, Morgan Stanley holds 6.096% of Britvic's voting rights, a slight increase from the previous notification. The breakdown shows a direct shareholding of 4.8627% and additional rights through financial instruments, totaling 1.2336%. The total number of voting rights now stands at 15,174,088.

The change primarily involves financial instruments, including equity swaps expiring in January and May 2025. This strategic adjustment suggests a subtle shift in Morgan Stanley's position concerning Britvic.
