Morgan Stanley franchit les 5% du capital d'UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT
Le 22 mai 2024, la société Morgan Stanley a déclaré, par courrier, avoir franchi en hausse le seuil de 5% du capital d'UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT le 16 mai 2024. Ce franchissement a été réalisé indirectement par l'intermédiaire de ses filiales.
Au total, Morgan Stanley détient 6 383 717 actions représentant 5,01% du capital et 4,61% des droits de vote de la société française. Cette acquisition d'actions s'est faite hors marché.
La répartition des actions parmi les filiales de Morgan Stanley est la suivante : Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc avec 3,70% du capital, Prime Dealer Services Corp. avec 0,05%, Morgan Stanley Capital Services LLC avec 1,23%, et Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC avec 0,03%.
Des contrats de "right to recall" et d'"equity swaps" complètent la détention, permettant à Morgan Stanley de rappeler ou d'exercer des droits sur d'autres actions UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT à tout moment jusqu'en 2025.
