The details reveal that Morgan Stanley's voting rights are a combination of 11.088416% from direct shares and 0.062389% through financial instruments. These include a right of recall over securities lending agreements and an equity swap, which contribute minimally to the overall percentage.

Morgan Stanley's controlled undertakings like Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc play a significant role in managing these holdings. The notification was formally communicated to Britvic on January 14, 2025, completed in Mumbai.
