Mountain Alliance AG Subsidiary Sells Land for €2.85 Million

Getlogics GmbH, a subsidiary of Mountain Alliance AG, has successfully sold its land and property located in Trier. The sale to a long-standing customer brought in gross proceeds of €2.85 million, prior to deductions for taxes and transaction costs. This move strategically reduces real estate management costs for Getlogics, enhancing its operational cost structure.

The transaction also strengthens Mountain Alliance's liquidity, providing greater financial flexibility. As of June 30, 2024, the company had net financial liabilities of €0.8 million. The proceeds from this sale are set to aid the company's plans for expanding its portfolio.

Dr. Hans Ulrich Tetzner, CEO of Mountain Alliance AG, expressed satisfaction with the sale, noting that it enhances strategic flexibility and aligns with ongoing portfolio optimization efforts.
