Evolution of voting rights at Mr.Bricolage as of July 31, 2025

Mr.Bricolage has published figures on the number of voting rights and shares outstanding as of July 31, 2025. This data is shared in accordance with Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. The total number of shares outstanding is 10,387,755.
