MRM publishes documents relating to the SCOR SE offer

MRMSA announced the availability of the Response Note, approved by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), concerning the simplified public tender offer initiated by SCOR SE on its shares. This document, approved on November 22, 2024, as well as the "Other information" Document, detail the legal, financial and accounting characteristics of the company.

According to the AMF regulation, if less than 10% of MRM shares remain in the hands of minority shareholders after the offer, SCOR SE plans to request a mandatory withdrawal of the remaining shares in return for compensation equivalent to the initial price.
