Multitude SE Announces Amendment Request for Subordinated Capital Notes

Multitude SE has initiated a written procedure to request amendments to the terms of its subordinated perpetual floating rate callable capital notes. This procedure aims to facilitate the company's plan to migrate its registered office from Finland to Switzerland. Multitude SE has proposed a transfer to Malta and subsequently to Switzerland to overcome Finnish legal restrictions on direct relocations outside the European Economic Area while retaining its legal personality.

The notice of the written procedure was released after correcting initial errors in dates. Noteholders will vote on this request until 10 June 2024 with the written procedure potentially concluding earlier if a majority favor is obtained. Only those registered as owners or nominees by 31 May 2024, via Euronext Securities Oslo, are eligible to vote.
