Multitude SE Postpones Redomiciliation Decision to September EGM

Gzira, 14 August 2024 – The Board of Directors of Multitude SE, a European FinTech company, has decided to withdraw the proposed redomiciliation from Malta to Switzerland from the agenda of the August Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). Instead, a fresh proposal will be made at a new EGM scheduled for 5 September 2024.

The postponement is due to additional technical information required for regulatory and tax processes. The August EGM will still proceed as planned for other agenda items, including converting the company into a Maltese public limited liability company.

Shareholders who voted on the redomiciliation proposal for the August EGM will need to vote again in the September EGM for their votes to be counted.
