Multitude SE Proposes Amendments to Senior Bonds Terms Ahead of Corporate Relocation
Multitude SE has engaged Nordic Trustee & Agency AB to initiate a written procedure to amend terms for their senior unsecured floating rate bonds, due 2025. This action supports a strategic relocation from Finland to Switzerland, via Malta, addressing Finnish legal restrictions on direct transfers out of the European Economic Area.
The proposed amendments are essential for facilitating the company's planned transformation into a public limited liability company in Malta with an eventual relocation to Switzerland. The written procedure will conclude by 3 June 2024, requiring bondholder consent for these adjustments. Bondholders must be registered by 24 May 2024 to vote.
Pareto Securities Oy is advising on the procedure. Further details are provided to bondholders through the Euronext Securities Oslo and are also available on the company’s website.
