MUNIC revises its liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont
MUNIC, a company specializing in embedded technologies, has amended its liquidity contract with the Gilbert Dupont Stock Exchange Company. This revision is being made to comply with AMF standards, in particular decision no. 2018-01 of July 2, 2018. This regulation has been applied since January 2019.
In this context, a withdrawal of 17,000 MUNIC shares was made on December 20, 2024. The half-yearly balance sheet of June 30, 2024 showed that there were 81,427 MUNIC shares and a cash balance of €19,021.46 in the liquidity account.
MUNIC is listed on Euronext Growth® Paris under the code ALMUN. It leverages vehicle data through an artificial intelligence platform and continues to innovate in this field.
