Murchison Minerals Concludes Winter Diamond Drill Program, Expands VMS Mineralization at BMK Deposit

Murchison Minerals Ltd. announced the successful completion of its 2024 Winter Diamond Drill Program at the BMK Deposit in Saskatchewan. The program, encompassing 2,712 meters across four diamond drill holes, aimed to expand and explore the deposit’s VMS mineralization, potentially including a copper stockwork zone.

The BMK North and South Extension Targets revealed an expansion of mineralization along strike from the BMK Deposit. Notably, drill hole BMK24-002 discovered mineralization 100 meters northwest of the existing deposit area, featuring high copper grades. At BMK Deep, BMK24-003 intersected significant mineralization below the deposit’s known limits.

The program also tested the CST target, a geophysical anomaly southwest of BMK. Drilling there uncovered strong VMS alteration and high-grade rare earth elements, suggesting further mineralization potential in areas proximal to known deposits.

This recent exploration has not only expanded the BMK Deposit’s footprint but also underscored the deposit’s continued potential for growth and discovery, sustaining the interests of stakeholders and suggesting promising future developments for Murchison Minerals.
