Mutares Finalizes Acquisition of M3 Group in Sweden

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has successfully completed the acquisition of the M3 Group, a Swedish provider of infrastructure and construction transportation services. The transaction, announced on December 1, 2025, strengthens Mutares’ Nordic presence and its Infrastructure & Special Industry segment. The M3 Group comprises M3 Schakt AB, M3 Rental AB, and Schaktförmedlingen Sverige AB.

This strategic acquisition expands GDL Anläggning & Miljö, a part of Mutares, by enhancing synergies and geographical outreach. M3 Group, with around 44 employees, generated approximately EUR 35 million in revenues in FY2024. It serves large private construction companies with projects including subways, roads, and railways.
