My energy broker group announces a change of direction

My energy broker group, a specialist in energy brokerage for businesses, has announced a change in its governance. Guillaume Rouaud will leave his position as CEO on December 1, 2024 to embark on new projects. However, he will remain a member of the Board of Directors. This departure marks the return of Charlie Evrard, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors, to head the general management.

Evrard will thus combine the functions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer from the date of Rouaud's departure. Initially Sales Director in 2019, Rouaud then rose through the ranks within the group.

The two leaders expressed their mutual appreciation and highlighted Rouaud's commitment to the company's growth. Evrard praised Rouaud's contribution and wished him success in his future professional endeavors.
