Tonner Drones Purchases Receivables from MyHotelMatch and Considers a Strategic Partnership
MyHotelMatch (MHM) announced the acquisition by Tonner Drones of €1,250,000 in receivables, originally held by Ott Heritage. Ott Heritage's total receivables amounted to €1,968,333 following a recent increase. With this transaction, Ott Heritage retains a receivable of €718,333.
As part of a restructuring effort, MHM is considering issuing Bonds Redeemable in Shares (ORA) or other forms of recapitalization. This decision will be submitted to shareholders for approval at an extraordinary general meeting.
Tonner Drones, wishing to become a strategic partner, offers its expertise to help MHM expand its opportunities in real estate and potentially in the drone sector and a cryptoholding company.
