MyHotelMatch: Joël Rubino leaves his position on the Board of Directors
Paris, June 7, 2024 – MyHotelMatch announces the resignation of Joël Rubino, member of the Board of Directors.
On June 4, 2024, Joël Rubino submitted his resignation, effective immediately. The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Rubino for his involvement and contribution.
Faced with the recently announced financial difficulties, the Board asked the Managing Director to focus on restructuring the company. As a result, application development is temporarily paused.
