MyHotelMatch: Monthly Report on Transactions on Own Securities
Paris, September 4, 2024 - MyHotelMatch has published the monthly reporting table of transactions carried out on its own securities. Under the liquidity contract entrusted to CIC Market Solutions, the transactions carried out in August 2024 consist of the purchase of 20,916 securities and the sale of 20,315 securities.
The purpose of this liquidity contract is to ensure the liquidity of transactions and the regularity of the quotations of the company's securities on the market. At the end of August, the funds in the liquidity account reflect a slight overabundance of purchases compared to sales.
This data allows investors to track the issuer's movements and commitment to its own shares, thus ensuring increased transparency in the market. The next appointment is set for the following month with the new monthly update.
