MyHotelMatch: Restructuring and New Horizons
MyHotelMatch announces the appointment of Jean-François Ott as Chief Executive Officer. This decision follows the retroactive resignation of Yves Abitbol. Jean-François Ott, with a long experience in real estate, takes the reins to lead the company towards a future focused on real estate investment.
The company plans to sell its MyConcierge subsidiary to MYRR for €800,000, with a conditional earn-out, with the project expected to be finalised by the end of 2024. The proceeds from the sale will be used to repay suppliers.
In addition, MyHotelMatch is exploring a strategic merger with Courbet Héritage. This potential partnership could strengthen its position in the management and valuation of real estate assets, by exploiting existing synergies and partnerships.
