Mynaric Announces Voluntary Departure of CFO Stefan Berndt von-Bülow

Mynaric AG (NASDAQ: MYNA) (FRA: M0YN) announced the voluntary departure of CFO Stefan Berndt von-Bülow for personal reasons, effective last week. Berndt von-Bülow, who joined Mynaric in 2018 and became CFO in 2020, has made significant contributions to the company's financial strategy and operations. His tenure included several capital raises, debt financing, and the company's Nasdaq listing in November 2021.

"Stefan has been a key member of the management team, and we are grateful for his contributions," said Mustafa Veziroglu, CEO. "Under Stefan’s leadership, Mynaric transformed from a start-up to a leading supplier of free space optical communications technology."

Mynaric CTO and founder, Joachim Horwath, emphasized the importance of Berndt von-Bülow's role in securing capital for innovation. Bulent Altan, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, also extended gratitude for his dedication and involvement during pivotal times for the company.

Mynaric has started a global search for a new CFO. In the interim, CEO Mustafa Veziroglu and CTO Joachim Horwath will assume CFO responsibilities.
