Myriad Uranium Secures 50% Stake in Rush's Copper Mountain Project
Rush Rare Metals Corp. has announced that Myriad Uranium Corp. has exercised its option to acquire an initial 50% interest in Rush's Copper Mountain Project in Wyoming. This follows an option agreement between the two companies formalized last October. To cement this deal, Myriad has issued 1,093,702 common shares to Rush, valued at $400,000, based on a 10-day average share price of $0.365. These shares are subject to a holding period until February 2025, in line with securities laws.
Peter Smith, CEO of Rush, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership with Myriad. He noted that the area has significant potential due to extensive past exploration. With uranium demand increasing and Wyoming's reputation as a prime exploration location, prospects seem promising. Further drilling results from the Copper Mountain site are anticipated shortly.
