Nakiki SE to Release 2024 Financial Statements in November 2025
Nakiki SE has announced that its consolidated financial statements for 2024 are expected to be published in November 2025. The company reported that the loss incurred in the first half of 2024 was significantly lower than initially presented in their half-year financial documents. This has led Nakiki SE to decide on releasing revised half-year financial statements as soon as possible.
The delay in publishing the annual statements arose due to a last-minute change in their team of tax advisors, now involving one of the “Next Ten” consulting firms. Nakiki SE will provide an exact publication date in advance of the November release.
The company's shares are listed on the regulated market in Frankfurt and other major German exchanges.
