Namibia Critical Metals Inc. Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions at Annual Meeting

On May 16, 2024, Namibia Critical Metals Inc. hosted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) with a robust attendance, representing 61.92% of the shares via presence or proxy. The meeting concluded with unanimous approval of all proposed agendas, including the reelection of directors, adoption of a modified stock option plan, and confirmed appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors for the next fiscal year.
