NamR requests extension of deadline for its Ordinary General Meeting
On May 26, 2025, NamR, a specialist in data intelligence for the ecological transition, filed a request to postpone the date of its Ordinary General Meeting. The company wishes to extend the deadline for approving the financial statements for the 2024 financial year by three months, until September 30, 2025.
This postponement is motivated by the delays accumulated in the closing and publication of the annual accounts, pending the approval of a conciliation protocol, validated on April 29, 2025. This extension would provide the necessary time for the Statutory Auditor to carry out his verifications.
NamR undertakes to inform its shareholders upon the Court's return, specifying the timetable for its 2024 financial report and the holding of the General Meeting.
