The event will include a discussion on market conditions and company accomplishments over the past year.
Shareholders are invited to join via a conference call or a Zoom meeting. Questions from participants can only be addressed through Zoom. Materials for the AGSM were distributed the first week of July and are also accessible online. Voting closed on July 30, 2024, but proxy voting is available during the AGSM.
