Nano One Sets 2026 Commercialization Goals and Reports Q4 2025 Results

Nano One Materials Corp. has laid out its objectives for commercialization in 2026, targeting initial commercial agreements for LFP supply in defense and energy-storage applications by year-end. The company aims to complete the marketing of its One-Pot™ LFP CAM Package, developed with Worley, in the first half of 2026. Additionally, Nano One plans to enhance automation at its Candiac facility, aiming for a production capacity of approximately 800 tpa by H1 2027.

As of Q4 2025, Nano One reported net assets of $22.5 million and cash reserves of $23.6 million. The company raised a total of $10 million through market offerings. Government funding from NRCan supported Nano One with $12.3 million for LFP-related projects. The company's Candiac facility, central to its production plans, is set for scaling up to meet future demand while leveraging Nano One's unique One-Pot technology.
