Naoo AG Expands with Acquisition of Kingfluencers AG

Naoo AG, a prominent social media platform, has acquired Kingfluencers AG, Switzerland’s leading influencer agency. The acquisition aims to integrate influencer marketing into naoo's ecosystem, enhancing synergies in social media and content creation.

Kingfluencers, known for its association with brands like Nestlé and UBS, will continue to operate with naoo's support. The deal involves naoo acquiring 87% of Kingfluencers' shares through the issuance of 81,092 naoo shares, with plans to acquire the remaining shares. The acquisition will be accompanied by a series of financial support measures to bolster Kingfluencers' operations in 2025.

This strategic move is expected to drive naoo's consolidated revenue to approximately CHF 10 million in 2025. Over recent years, Kingfluencers has shown notable growth in revenue, which aligns with continued positive outcomes post-acquisition.
