Need for asbestos removal and decontamination for FAYENCERIES DE SARREGUEMINES
During the six-month period ending September 30, 2024, the company FAYENCERIES DE SARREGUEMINES, DIGOIN & VITRY LE FRANCOIS, which has no economic activity, focused its efforts on its real estate assets. Although no sales have taken place, three plots of land in Digoin are to be transferred to the municipality on April 10, 2025.
Regarding a plot of land in Vitry-le-François, an asbestos and pollution assessment revealed a need for €747,000 in decontamination and asbestos removal work. Despite interest from a developer in part of the land, negotiations remain suspended pending these actions.
Still looking for a buyer, discussions with a regional real estate group have resumed, but without any specific outcome.
