Nemetschek Group Announces Dividend Increase to EUR 0.48 Per Share

The Munich-based Nemetschek SE, a leading software provider for the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) and media industries, has announced a proposed dividend increase. On March 15, 2024, during a meeting of the Supervisory Board, approval was given for the Executive Board's recommendation to increase the dividend to EUR 0.48 per share for the fiscal year 2023. This marks an 6.7% increase from the previous year's dividend of EUR 0.45 per share.

This proposed increase represents the eleventh consecutive year that Nemetschek has raised its dividend, demonstrating the company's consistent and long-term dividend policy. The total dividend payout is set to rise to EUR 55.4 million, up from EUR 52.0 million the previous year, based on a total of 115.5 million shares.

The company credits its strong business performance and robust revenue growth in 2023, even amid an uncertain economic landscape, for the ability to increase its dividend. According to preliminary figures, Nemetschek's revenue grew by 6.2% (8.0% currency-adjusted) to EUR 851.6 million, with an EBITDA margin of 30.3%.

Shareholders are expected to benefit from the company's successful year through the increased dividend. The final decision on the dividend will be made at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 23, 2024.
