Frankfurt, September 10, 2024 - NEON EQUITY AG (ISIN: DE000A3DW408) has restructured its Supervisory Board, with the appointment of Jörg Wisotzki. Wisotzki, a lawyer from FONTAINE GÖTZE, joins the board by court approval from the Frankfurt District Court. He replaces Frank Baruth, who resigned for personal reasons.
Wisotzki brings extensive legal and supervisory experience, enhancing the board comprised of Eva Katheder and Boris Staab. This new assembly is poised to bolster NEON EQUITY's impact investing approach.
