NEOVACS: Update of share capital and voting rights
On July 8, 2025, NEOVACS, a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing treatments for inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, announced the number of shares and voting rights constituting its share capital. As of June 30, 2025, the company announced 476,625,693 shares and an equivalent number of voting rights, both gross and net.
Since January 2025, NEOVACS has issued new shares every month, generated mainly by conversions of OCEANE and ORA. As of June 2025, the number of shares issued was 268,545,608. Additional information is available on the NEOVACS website.
