Net Digital AG Surpasses 2025 Financial Projections

Net Digital AG reports surpassing 2025 financial forecasts, marking significant growth. The company, based in Düsseldorf, has announced that its preliminary, unaudited figures indicate a consolidated revenue of around EUR 38 million. This surpasses the recently predicted range of EUR 33 to 35 million.

EBITDA also saw an increase, reaching EUR 4.2 million, compared to the forecasted range of EUR 3.6 to 4.0 million. In contrast, 2024’s consolidated revenue was EUR 10.9 million with an EBITDA of EUR 0.188 million.

Key drivers for this growth include billing services, communications, and service aggregation. Net Digital AG's management expects continued positive development for 2026, with promising performance in the early weeks of the year.
