Once Human Launch on PS5 and XBOX Scheduled for August 25

Guangzhou-based developers NetEase Games and Starry Studio have announced the August 25 launch of their game, Once Human, on PlayStation 5 and XBOX Series X|S. This release will include a new First-Person Perspective feature and support full cross-play and cross-progression from the start.

Once Human is a free-to-play survival game set in a post-apocalyptic world. It includes six scenarios and a PVP spin-off, offering over 300 hours of gameplay. Players navigate anomalies in the contaminated wasteland, which are central to gameplay, aiding in shelter automation and combat.

The console version enhances user experience with new features. Players can alternate between third-person and first-person views and enjoy high-definition graphics with options for Quality and Performance Modes. The game also offers an optimized controller experience with features like trigger resistance and tactile feedback.
