New Leadership on Clariane's Board of Directors
Clariane has announced a change in its governance with the appointment of Ms. Sylvia Metayer as Chair of the Board of Directors, effective May 14, 2025. She succeeds Mr. Jean-Pierre Duprieu, who decided not to renew his term due to the statutory age limit. Ms. Metayer, an independent director since June 2024, brings extensive experience in finance and management.
In addition, Mr. Olivier Bogillot is proposed as a new independent director to replace Dr. Jean-François Brin. Mr. Bogillot has expertise in health policy and regulation, thus strengthening the Board's skills.
Clariane affirms its confidence in its new leaders to continue its mission in favor of the quality of care and the stability of the group.
