New liquidity contract for Lhyfe with Rothschild Martin Maurel

Lhyfe, a producer of green hydrogen, has announced the establishment of a new liquidity contract with Rothschild Martin Maurel as of March 3, 2025. This contract replaces the one previously established with Oddo BHF since September 2023. It complies with current regulations, in particular AMF Decision No. 2021-01.

The resources allocated to this contract include 94,474 Lhyfe shares and 172,126.73 euros. This partnership ensures the animation of the Lhyfe share on Euronext Paris. The contract may be suspended under certain conditions or terminated by the parties concerned.

This change underlines the continuity of Lhyfe's financial operations, while ensuring compliance with financial market standards.
