New Phase of Affordable Senior Housing Unveiled in Camden

The Housing Authority of the City of Camden (HACC), The Michaels Organization, and the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA) celebrated the ribbon-cutting of The Harrison, the second phase in the $165 million redevelopment of Ablett Village. This marks another step in The Michaels Organization's ongoing effort to revitalise Camden's housing, with The Harrison introducing 55 new mixed-income senior apartments.

These apartments offer significant amenities aimed at seniors, including medical exam rooms and a fitness center, to promote health and community integration.
