Newsmax Joins Russell 2000 and 3000 Indexes

Newsmax Inc. (NYSE:NMAX), a prominent media company, announced its inclusion in the U.S. small-cap Russell 2000® Index, effective June 30, 2025. This move, part of FTSE Russell's annual reconstitution, also includes the Russell 3000® Index, enhancing Newsmax's visibility among institutional investors. The Russell indexes serve as key benchmarks for approximately $10.6 trillion in assets.

Concurrently, Newsmax is broadening its distribution footprint. The company's reach has expanded through Hulu+, capturing approximately 60 million U.S. homes. Additionally, international agreements have been made in Israel, Armenia, and the Dominican Republic. Newsmax+, the company's streaming service, also now fits into Comcast's entertainment ecosystem.
