Status of Nexans shares and voting rights in January 2026

On February 2, 2026, Nexans SA published its monthly report concerning the number of shares and voting rights for January 2026. The press release, in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code, indicates that the company's share capital consists of 43,744,779 shares. This figure translates into an identical number of theoretical voting rights.
